Natron Tech AG was founded in Bern in 2022 by engineers and is still run by them. More than ten people build and operate Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure here every day, and the people you meet in the first call are the ones who later run your platform.

Cantonal and municipal bodies handle data that may not leave Swiss jurisdiction, and the cantonal data protection authorities have made the limits of international cloud services clear. Natron Cloud keeps data in Switzerland under a Swiss contract with a Swiss company; the engineers who run it are in Bern. For organisations that must keep their own datacenter, we operate the same platform on site as Natron Flex Stack.
