Dedicated on-premise Kubernetes for a datacenter provider

The situation
NTS Workspaces runs a datacenter and delivers workspace services to its own customers. Container workloads had become part of that offering. NTS could not move that platform to a public cloud, because hardware, network and data had to stay in its own facility.
NTS did not want to build the operations layer on top of Kubernetes itself: upgrades, storage, ingress, observability, backup and on-call.
What Natron did
We deployed Natron Flex Stack on NTS hardware. The Proxmox VE and Ceph base is the same one we run in Natron Cloud, with a dedicated upstream Kubernetes cluster on top. The platform base matches every other Natron cluster: Cilium networking, cert-manager, the Prometheus and Grafana stack, Loki and Velero backups. Argo CD handles deployments.
NTS keeps the hardware and the datacenter. Natron operates the platform: monthly staged patching, Kubernetes upgrades, backups, monitoring and alerting into our on-call.
The outcome
NTS runs its container workloads on a dedicated platform in its own datacenter, and Natron operates it the same way as Natron Cloud. NTS shares neither the hardware nor the control plane with other tenants. When something needs attention, the team in Bern that built the platform answers.
